Winter Menu Delights Residents

Chef Jackson pleased residents and staff over the festive season with many special meals. Along with a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, our wonderful Chef and his hardworking team produced gourmet meals that featured roast lamb, filet mignon, and prawns thermidore.
